SteelHeart by Brandon Sanderson

20342545Would you want to kill superheroes? A boy named David Charlestone wants revenge on Steelheart. David is looking to get help from a group called The Reckoners. They are a shadowy group of rebels bent on maintaining justice. The Reckoners might even need Davids help to. This book is unique in the way that it presents the conflict of the story. Some ways to deal with them with by presenting weaknesses. It has some slow parts and can be very intriguing stay with the book. My rating for this book would be a 4/5 stars.

The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan

Have you ever wanted to breathe under water? Or be able to control water at your own will? Well, Percy Jackson soon discovers he can when he figures out he is the son of Poseidon (in Greek mythology, the God of the sea). And being a demi-god is no cake walk. In the book, you will see all the trials he faces trying to return Zeus’s master bolt. If you are a fan of Greek mythology, or kids with powers, you will love this series. Also if you enjoyed any fantasy books such as the Harry Potter series, though they are very different, you would enjoy this book as well. I give these books 5/5.
